We do not collect email addresses, and we do not require you to create an account to book.
We use your booking details to hold your slot, avoid double-booking the same time, and to contact you by phone or WhatsApp if we need to confirm, decline, or reschedule your appointment. That's the only purpose this information is used for.
Booking details are stored in a secure database so we can maintain an accurate schedule and avoid clashing appointments. This record is only accessible to the shop owner, through a PIN-protected admin area. We keep booking records for as long as reasonably necessary to run the shop's schedule and resolve any queries about a visit, after which they may be deleted. You can ask us to delete your booking details at any time by calling us.
To notify the shop of a new booking, this website sends your name, phone number and booking details through a third-party WhatsApp relay service at the moment you submit the form. This service is used solely to deliver that one notification and does not retain your data afterwards. The shop owner may also use your phone number directly in WhatsApp to contact you about your booking. This site also embeds a Google Map on the contact section, which may set its own cookies in line with Google's privacy policy.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what booking information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it entirely. Just call us on 07862 027871 and we'll action this directly, normally straight away.
